Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil/Architectural BIM Modeler - LOD 500 with 4-5 years of experience. The Modeler will be responsible for Building Information Modeling (BIM), creating construction drawings, and following specific CAD/BIM standards. The role involves working closely with architects and engineers to ensure the accuracy and quality of models. Preference will be given to local candidates available in Bahrain

Qualifications

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture skills
• Experience in modeling and creating construction drawings
• Knowledge of "Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)" systems
• Ability to follow specific CAD/BIM standards
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture/Civil Engineering, or related field
