Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the automobile workshop efficiently.
• Supervise and lead a team of mechanics and technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections according to company standards.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and regulations within the workshop.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of workshop staff and provide feedback for improvement.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for procurement of necessary supplies.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in managing an automobile workshop.
• Strong technical knowledge of automobile systems and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
