Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the automobile workshop efficiently.
- Supervise and lead a team of mechanics and technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections according to company standards.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and regulations within the workshop.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of workshop staff and provide feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for procurement of necessary supplies.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Prior experience in managing an automobile workshop.
- Strong technical knowledge of automobile systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under pressure.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automobile workshop management.
