Tasks, Responsibilities and Duties
1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
· Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, financial ratios, and trend analysis.
· Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
· Identify and communicate key insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
2. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
· Analyze market data to support pricing strategies, product/service development, and market expansion plans.
· Monitor and analyze competitor financial performance and market positioning.
3. Investment Analysis and Capital Budgeting:
· Evaluate potential investment opportunities and conduct financial feasibility studies.
· Perform discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis and other investment valuation techniques.
· Assist in the capital budgeting process by assessing the financial viability of proposed projects.
4. Financial Systems and Process Improvement:
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance function.
· Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement enhancements to financial systems and reporting tools.
· Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial systems and reports.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably with specialization in financial analysis and strategic planning.Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.In-depth knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial regulations.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
