CEO Personal Assistant

  •  Managing the CEO's and board members calendar, including arranging meetings, appointments, and other relevant events
  • Attending and organizing meetings - take minutes, and pursues action points that arise 
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Receive and screen phone calls and direct them when appropriate
  • Make travel arrangements for the chairman and board members
  • Make travel arrangements for the chairman and board members
  • Booking tickets, connecting with different embassies in necessary documents needs 
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinating with other departments for activities and operations reports
