Roles & Responsibilities
This is an independent, commission-only business development opportunity with no fixed salary. Target markets are Bahrain and India.
Identify prospective clients for Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Governance, AI & Automation, and Managed Services.
Research target businesses and identify business owners, IT managers and relevant decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads through professional networking, referrals and targeted outreach.
Understand initial client requirements and arrange discovery meetings with QUBITX.
Coordinate with QUBITX for technical discussions and proposal preparation.
Follow up on enquiries, meetings and proposals, maintaining accurate sales pipeline records.
Develop professional relationships with prospective clients and potential business partners.
Obtain QUBITX approval before communicating commitments on scope, pricing, SLAs, delivery dates or contract terms.
Commission rates and eligibility will be agreed in writing. Commission is payable only after QUBITX receives the corresponding eligible client payment.

Strong communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills.
Interest in B2B technology sales and a willingness to learn QUBITX’s service offerings.
Ability to research prospective clients and conduct professional, targeted outreach.
Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working independently.
Previous experience selling IT consulting, cloud, cybersecurity or managed services is advantageous.
Business relationships or market knowledge in Bahrain or India are preferred.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, spreadsheets or CRM tools is helpful.
Comfortable with an independent, commission-only engagement with no fixed salary.
