We are looking for a warm, polished, and guest-focused Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests.

What you ll be doing:

• Warmly welcome and acknowledge guests upon arrival
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and provide a warm introduction to the dining experience
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of reservations, VIP guests, and special occasions
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth table management
• Respond to guest requests and enquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Handle guest feedback and concerns promptly, escalating when required
• Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area at all times
• Assist the restaurant team during busy periods to ensure seamless service
• Build positive relationships with guests and create memorable first impressions

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage

Warm, confident, and professional personality

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to remain calm and welcoming in a fast-paced environment

Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Professional grooming and presentation
