ملخص الدور Nass MEP يبحث عن مدير عمليات ميكانيكية وكهربية سباكة متمرس لقيادة وتنسيق التسليم الناجح لعدة مشاريع ميكانيكية وكهربائية وسباكة في جميع أنحاء البحرين، بدءاً من ما قبل البناء والتخطيط مروراً بالتنفيذ والاختبار والتكليف والتسليم النهائي.
سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن ضمان تسليم المشاريع بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد وبالميزانية وبما يتوافق مع المتطلبات التعاقدية والتقنية والجودة والتنظيمية.
هذا الدور يتطلب قيادة قوية، ووعي تجاري، ومعرفة تقنية، وخبرة في إدارة المشاريع، والقدرة على تنسيق العملاء والمتعهدين الرئيسيين والاستشاريين والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين والفرق الداخلية بفعالية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية إشراف على دورة حياة كاملة لعدة مشاريع MEP، لضمان الامتثال للجداول المعتمدة والمواصفات والميزانيات والمتطلبات التعاقدية ومعايير الجودة.
قيادة التنسيق مع العملاء والمتعهدين الرئيسيين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين الآخرين لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.
إعداد وإدارة خطط المشاريع التفصيلية ونطاقات العمل والجداول الزمنية والمعالم ومتطلبات الموارد وجداول المشروع.
تطوير وإدارة ميزانيات المشاريع، ومراقبة المصروفات، وتنفيذ إجراءات تحكم تكلفة فعالة لدعم تسليم مشروع مربح.
دعم أنشطة ما قبل البناء والفوز بالمشروع، بما في ذلك مدخلات المشروع والتقديرات وافتراضات التخطيط والتنسيق الفني واستراتيجيات تنفيذ المشروع.
التنسيق في شراء مواد MEP والمعدات والخدمات بالتعاون مع فرق سلسلة الإمداد والمشتريات.
التخطيط وتحسين تخصيص واستخدام القوى البشرية والمواد والمعدات والمعدات ومصادر المشروع الأخرى.
إشراف على مديري المشاريع والمهندسين وفرق الموقع وقادة التخصصات لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بشكل فعال وفي الوقت المحدد.

الإشراف على الاختبار والتكليف والتوثيق وأنشطة الإغلاق والتسليم النهائي للمشروع.
رصد تقدم المشروع وتحديد التأخيرات المحتملة وتجاوزات التكاليف والقيود الموارد والمشكلات الفنية والمخاطر التشغيلية، مع اتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية في الوقت المناسب.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير تقدم المشروع والتكلفة والأداء والإدارة بانتظام، مع إبراز المخاطر الرئيسية والتأخيرات والإجراءات التصحيحية والقرارات المطلوبة.
ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية البحرينية المعمول بها والالتزامات التعاقدية والمعايير الفنية ومتطلبات الجودة وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة HSSE.
وضع وتنفيذ إجراءات فعالة لمراقبة الجودة لضمان مطابقة أعمال MEP للمواصفات المعتمدة والمعايير المعمول بها.
الحفاظ على قنوات تواصل وتنسيق فعالة مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
مراقبة الاستخدام الفعّال للمصانع والآلات والقوى البشرية والمواد وموارد المقاولين من الباطن ومنع الإنفاق غير الضروري أو سوء الاستخدام.
دعم الحل السريع للمسائل الفنية والتجارية والمشتريات والتشغيلية التي تؤثر على تسليم المشروع في الوقت المحدد.
ضمان إكمال المشاريع ضمن الجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها والميزانيات المعتمدة والمعايير التعاقدية والتنظيمية المطلوبة.
أداء مهام وتكليفات أخرى حسب توجيهات مدير قسم MEP وفقاً لاحتياجات العمل.
المؤهلات والمهارات والخبرة: درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل يعادلها في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية.
خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في تنفيذ مشاريع MEP أو البناء أو عمليات مشاريع ذات صلة.
خبرة مثبتة في إدارة عدة مشاريع MEP من التخطيط والتنفيذ حتى الاختبار والتكليف والتسليم النهائي.
خبرة سابقة في العمل بمنطقة الخليج العربي، ويفضل مع معرفة قوية ببيئة البناء في البحرين.
معرفة قوية بأنظمة MEP، وتخطيط المشاريع، والميزانية، وإدارة الموارد، والمشتريات، والسيطرة على التكاليف، وتنفيذ المشاريع.
فهم قوي لمعايير تصميم MEP وممارسات البناء ومتطلبات الاختبار والتكليف واللوائح المحلية المعمول بها.
خبرة موثقة في إدارة المقاولين من الباطن والموردين وفرق الهندسة والموقع متعددة التخصصات.
فهم قوي لمتطلبات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
القدرة المثبتة على إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء والمتعهدين الرئيسيين والاستشاريين والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين.
مهارات اتصال وتنسيق وقيادة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة وحل المشكلات بشكل ممتازة.
القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة وأولويات متعددة مع الالتزام بالجداول والميزانيات والمتطلبات التعاقدية الصعبة.
قدرات تقرير قوية ووعي تجاري ومهارات اتخاذ القرار.
شهادة PMP أو رخصة هندسية مهنية ذات صلة تعتبر ميزة.
Job description
Role Summary Nass MEP is looking for an experienced MEP Operations Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of multiple mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects across Bahrain, from preconstruction and planning through execution, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, technical, quality, and regulatory requirements .
This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, technical knowledge, project management expertise, and the ability to effectively coordinate clients, main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple MEP projects, ensuring compliance with approved schedules, specifications, budgets, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
Lead coordination with clients, main contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and manage detailed project plans, scopes of work, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and project schedules.
Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement effective cost-control measures to support profitable project delivery.
Support preconstruction and work-winning activities, including project inputs, estimates, planning assumptions, technical coordination, and project execution strategies.
Coordinate the procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and services in collaboration with the Supply Chain and Procurement teams.
Plan and optimize the allocation and utilization of manpower, materials, plant, machinery, equipment, and other project resources.
Supervise Project Managers, engineers, site teams, and cross-disciplinary leads to ensure effective and timely project execution.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party vendors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
Review technical specifications, shop drawings, BOQs, equipment data sheets, method statements, material submissions, and other MEP-related documentation.
Oversee MEP testing, commissioning, documentation, close-out activities, and final project handover.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, cost overruns, resource constraints, technical issues, and operational risks, ensuring timely corrective action.
Prepare and submit regular project progress, cost, performance, and management reports, highlighting key risks, delays, corrective actions, and decisions required.
Ensure compliance with applicable Bahraini regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, technical standards, quality requirements, and HSSE procedures .
Develop and implement effective quality-control measures to ensure MEP works meet approved specifications and applicable standards.
Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor the effective utilization of plant, machinery, manpower, materials, and subcontractor resources and prevent unnecessary expenditure or misuse.
Support the timely resolution of technical, commercial, procurement, and operational issues affecting project delivery.
Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines, approved budgets, and required contractual and regulatory standards.
Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the MEP Division Manager in line with business requirements.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering .
Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in MEP project execution, construction, or related project operations.
Proven experience managing multiple MEP projects from planning and execution through testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Previous experience working in the GCC region , preferably with strong knowledge of the Bahrain construction environment.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project planning, budgeting, resource management, procurement, cost control, and project execution.
Strong understanding of MEP design standards, construction practices, testing and commissioning requirements, and applicable local regulations.
Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary engineering and site teams.
Strong understanding of quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Proven ability to manage client, main contractor, consultant, subcontractor, and supplier relationships.
Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering against challenging schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements.
Strong reporting, commercial awareness, and decision-making capabilities.
PMP certification or relevant professional engineering license is an advantage.
