Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is looking for a skilled and versatile Accommodation / Handyman Technician to maintain our Heartist accommodation to the highest standards. If you have hands-on experience in building maintenance and enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment, we invite you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in Heartist accommodation.
• Perform repairs related to air conditioning (AC), electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Inspect accommodation facilities regularly to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults efficiently while ensuring minimal disruption.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety, and company standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate maintenance records.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in hotels, staff accommodation, or residential facilities.

Good working knowledge of air conditioning (AC) systems , electrical works , and plumbing .

Experience in general handyman tasks such as carpentry, painting, and minor repairs.

Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance requests effectively.

Basic English communication skills.

A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality.
