We are looking for motivated and customer-focused 3 Sales Counter Associates to work in our specialty shop. The role involves assisting customers at the sales counter, providing product advice, and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience across our plumbing, electrical, and painting sections.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the sales counter with product selection and purchases
- Provide basic technical guidance on plumbing, electrical, and paint products
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked counters
- Coordinate with warehouse or floor staff for product availability
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries professionally
Skills
Previous experience in retail, counter sales, or hardware/building materials (preferred)
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or paint products (training can be provided)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using POS systems
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
