Job Description We are looking for an experienced Temenos T24 Technical Support / TAFJ Administrator to manage and support Temenos Transact (T24) environments. The role involves administration, deployments, SIT/PT support, EOD/COB issue analysis, and coordination with infrastructure, WAS, and Temenos support teams.
Key Responsibilities Perform T24 Administration on TAFJ platform, including monitoring services, logs, and system health. Provide SIT project support, including data fixes and menu fixes during testing phases. Deliver T24 technical support to SIT and Performance Testing (PT) teams. Conduct first-level analysis of EOD/COB (End of Day / Close of Business) core issues, report findings, and coordinate with IT support teams for resolution. Perform technical analysis for T24/TAFJ online transactions and services, including interfaces and service failures. Support TAFJ / EAR deployments in coordination with the WAS (Web Sphere Application Server) team. Carry out TAFJ properties amendments as required for performance and stability. Handle T24 pack deployments, hotfix deployments, and profile restarts. Manage and support core deployments across environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD). Perform BCON deployments and ensure proper browser and UI functionality. Identify and resolve environmental issues such as server, disk, permission, or connectivity problems. Coordinate with Temenos Support to resolve core application issues, including raising and tracking Service Requests (SRs). Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with Temenos Transact (T24). Hands-on experience with TAFJ administration. Knowledge of EOD/COB batch processing and job monitoring. Experience in deployment activities (T24 packs, EAR, BCON). Familiarity with Web Sphere Application Server (WAS). Understanding of SIT, UAT, and PT environments. Good knowledge of Unix/Linux commands. Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot technical issues. Strong coordination and communication skills.
