The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors,

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings efficiently.
• Manage incoming emails and messages.
• Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Prepare and update daily reports related to visitor activity and calls.
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in reception or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the company positively.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented personality.
