Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives through BRDs, UML diagrams and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives and provide measurable benefits.
Process Improvement:
• Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:
• Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment.
Market and Industry Research:
• Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Strong academic background with the minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an recognized university.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with experience in software development projects.
