Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator and Customer Service Representative at Spire Hub. The role involves managing office operations, providing administrative support, and delivering excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Responsibilities include handling office equipment, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth office administration. Book keeping , payment follow-up , costumer new contract.

  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Proficiency in operating office equipment
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in administrative tasks and office management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
