Employees’ responsibilities include reviewing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. 

Ultimately, Employee should provide accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of the Employer and its clients’ businesses, while ensuring the compliant with all tax regulations.


The responsibilities assigned to the Employee can be listed as follows:


• Manage all accounting transactions 

• Prepare budget forecasts 

• Publish financial statements on timely manner

• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings 

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable 

• Ensure timely bank payments 

• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns 

• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements 

• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity 

• Review financial transactions and documents 

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary 

• Comply with financial policies and regulations

• Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure

• compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements

• Analyzing accounts and business plans
