Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations for corporate and business entities.
  • Prepare and review tax returns and supporting documentation to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of tax opportunities and risks related to business operations.
  • Coordinate and manage audits with external tax authorities, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
  • Stay updated on changes to tax laws and regulations, assessing their impact on the organization.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies and policies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on tax matters and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare tax provisions and assist in financial reporting related to tax liabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tax implications of business decisions.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification in taxation, accounting, or other relevant qualifications is preferred.

Desired Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience in corporate and business tax compliance.
  • Proven track record working with multinational corporations or large local businesses.
  • Experience in tax audits and dealings with tax authorities is highly desirable.
