Responsibility
● Stabilisation of daily data and information delivery
● Continuous improvement of data loading operations
● Improvement in performance of daily schedules
● Improvement of monitoring within data operations across all stages of daily information delivery
● Administration of core databases
● Establishing best engineering practices in collaboration with developing data engineers
● Extending existing and establishing new controls to improve the quality, availability, and clarity of the Data Platforms’ operations.
● Steering data operations engineers and performance optimization.
● Steering data operations engineers with coding standards and practices.
● Coordination and liaison between different teams to resolve source data dependencies and daily scheduling bottlenecks.
● Communicating and collaborating with other departments.
