Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex diagnostic procedures to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in luxury vehicles.
• Conduct thorough inspections of luxury cars to determine necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Execute repairs and maintenance services on luxury vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment, specialized tools, and technical resources to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
• Stay updated with the latest technology and advancements in luxury automotive systems to maintain a high level of technical expertise.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations, estimated costs, and timelines to customers.
• Provide guidance and support to junior technicians, assisting with complex repairs and sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Document all work performed, including detailed service records, parts used, and hours spent, in accordance with dealership and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and ensuring the proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to further enhance technical skills and stay updated with industry trends.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors or equivalent; formal technical training and certification from an accredited automotive program.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on luxury or high-end vehicles.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury car systems, including engine performance, transmission, electrical, and electronic components.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to effectively troubleshoot complex issues.
