Job Title: eservices Developer (Frontend)

Job Location: Bahrain


Job Description:

Responsible for the development and implementation of software systems and applications. Also, analyze current systems and create, test, implement, maintain and document programs through knowledge of the system-development cycle.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop new programs and the needed changes to ensure the delivery of a quality product.
  • Provide technical and functional documents as well as monitor and report project progression with key issues and work closely with the team and stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Develop, code, upgrade, enhance, maintain, and provide availability of functionality and content for the assigned software as per given technical requirements.
  • Conduct application testing to ensure that all relative tests are conducted thoroughly as well as resolves any issues identified during the testing phase.
  • Undertakes application debugging activities and resolves specific user problems.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as Java, JSF, Webservice Developer.
  • Have good experience in IBM WebSphere Portal.
  • Proven experience of HTML, CSS , jQuery and JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of Relational Databases (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, DB2, etc.).
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.


Preferred Additional Qualifications:

· Have the knowledge for the following:

  • C# language
  • Web Services (ASMX, WCF)
  • Web Applications (ASP. Net Web Forms, MVC)
  • IIS
  • Entity Framework
  • Visual Studio
