Overview
This position supports the Government Compliance Department. As a member of the Financial Compliance Team, individual is responsible for ensuring the department effectively complies with U.S. Government Financial Regulations (DFARS, FAR, CAS, GAAP). Candidate interfaces with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). Supports special projects as determined by management.

Responsibilities
- Supports Finance Compliance program and ensures that policies and procedures are up to date and followed.
- Serves as Finance liaison on DCAA and DCMA audits and informational requirements as assigned.
- Assists in the development and compliancy review of the annual Incurred Cost Submission.
- Supports development of finance training curriculum and activities. Conducts training as needed during audits, formal and informal training events.
- Develops and maintains tools for Finance functions using SharePoint or other IT programs.
- Keeps properly informed of financial compliance issues.
- Coordinates and conducts audit activities on internal company financial audits to include headquarters and field offices. Tests to verify adherence to policies and procedures to ensure they are effective and robust.
- Knowledge of all applicable FAR, DFARS, CAS and Financial regulations and policies.
- Participates in ongoing education to stay apprised of changing regulatory affairs that affect regulatory compliance.
- Performs other duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications
Education: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
Experience
- Four years of directly related experience with DCAA, Federal Government, or Department of Defense Contractor.
- Prefer knowledge of Government compliance issues, specifically related to FAR/DFARS/CAS regulations.
- Knowledge of CAS, FAR, GAAP required.

Nationwide Salary Range
- $55,000 - 90,000
- The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salaries paid are subject to the conditions of the job including, but not limited to, the physical worksite location.
