Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Onyx Rotana in Manama. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional activities and increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
