apanese Restaurant in
Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Management:
- Develop, plan, and execute a variety of events including private dining, corporate events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with chefs, service staff, and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Oversee event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure events are delivered within scope and on time.
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to promote the restaurant and its offerings, both online and offline.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Collaborate with PR agencies, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
- Design and manage promotional materials such as brochures, menus, and advertisements.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure that all marketing and promotional activities align with the restaurant's brand identity.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, corporate clients, and media.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Enhance guest experience by developing personalized event offerings and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve event services and marketing strategies.
- Implement loyalty programs and special promotions to retain and attract customers.
- Sales & Revenue Management:
- Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the restaurant management team to optimize pricing strategies and event packages.
- Analyze sales data to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators and marketing professionals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is knowledgeable about the restaurant's offerings and industry trends.
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management and marketing, preferably in the fine dining or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Office, CRM tools, and marketing platforms.
