Job Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal issues to the organization.
- Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Participate in negotiations and settlements with external parties.
- Research and analyze laws and regulations affecting the business.
- Assist in managing legal risks and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal concerns and provide training on legal issues.
- Handle legal disputes, litigation, and disputes resolution as needed.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Law degree from a recognized institution.
- Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial law and corporate legal matters.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of legal practice experience.
- Experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
- Knowledge of Bahraini legal system and regulations is a plus.
