Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee the pastry kitchen's daily operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design new dessert items and seasonal menus
- Ensure the presentation and taste of all pastries meet the restaurant's quality standards
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually enhance pastry offerings
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
- Proficient in various baking techniques, pastry-making equipment, and kitchen operations
- Strong knowledge of pastry ingredients and flavors
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Desired Experience:
