Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant - Senior Consultant to join our Growth Advisory team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our office in Manama, Bahrain.
As a Consultant - Senior Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to drive business growth. You will also be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on various business issues and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities for clients
- Developing and implementing growth strategies for clients, including market entry strategies, product expansion, and M&A opportunities
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on business issues and challenges
- Conducting financial analysis and preparing business plans and financial projections
- Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Working closely with other teams within the firm, such as tax and audit, to provide integrated solutions to clients
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services firm
- Strong understanding of business growth strategies and market dynamics
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects and achieving targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
