Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced yet hands-on digital marketeer to lead our social media presence across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat and develop Botanica’s digital marketing output. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment and is passionate about creating compelling content that resonates with our audience. You will be the driving force behind our digital marketing, managing everything from content creation to digital advertising, with the flexibility to work autonomously and creatively.
What We Offer
- A salary package in the range of BD1000 to BD1500 subject to experience level.

- 48 hour work week, two days off; these hours are structured around the needs of the role, not office hours. Attendance at night will be an inherent part of the role.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in hospitality industry, and a general affinity for food & beverage, restaurant, bar & nightlife brands
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat, with a successful track record on these platforms.
- Appropriate proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance analysis.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing your time effectively in an unstructured environment.
- Willingness to be on-site at the venue five nights a week, and an appetite to intensively engage with the brand during the first 3-6 months to build understanding
- Genuine passion for social media, with a keen eye for viral content and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Utilize content creation tools to produce polished, high-quality in-the-moment content within the venue that aligns with Botanica's brand image.
- Content Curation: Manage relationships with external contractors such as graphic designers, photographers & videographers to achieve required standard of content
- Platform Management & Growth: Lead Botanica’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat and any other relevant digital platform, focusing on engaging our audience and driving conversions to in-venue guests.
- Reporting & Analytics. Provide expert analysis of platform-specific growth metrics, with a focus on tangible outcomes on a monthly basis or per campaign. Use your knowledge of tools and software to drive strategic decisions.
- Digital Advertising: Advise on and manage budgets for digital advertising campaigns across social platforms. Analyze campaign performance, present results, and recommend budget adjustments as needed.
- Event Promotion: Creatively handle all aspects of event promotion, including pre-event hype, live event coverage, and post-event content.
- Influencer Collaborations: Propose & manage collaborations with influencers, ensuring alignment with Botanica’s brand and marketing goals.
- Marketing Planning and Calendar Management: Develop, maintain, and execute a digital marketing calendar, balance brand development with promotional activities.
- Adaptation and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and techniques, continuously adapting and innovating Botanica’s social media strategy.
- Broader Digital Marketing: Maintain an appetite to expand beyond social media into the wider digital sphere to develop Botanica’s full online presence, including but not limited to future website, community management and SEO.
