Interior Designer / Visual Merchandiser
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design stylish and functional apartment/ Office interiors aligned requirements
- Develop design concepts, floor plans, and mood boards to present to clients.
- Select furniture, decor, and accessories that complement the overall design aesthetic.
- Create detailed design proposals, including material selections, finishes, and budgets.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, including coordination with contractors and vendors.
- Stay updated on interior design trends and industry best practices.
- Prepare design presentations and proposals
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve optimal pricing and delivery.
- Conduct site visits to assess apartment layouts and measure spaces.
- Create 3D renderings or virtual walkthroughs to showcase design concepts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with furniture and decor suppliers.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven 2-3 experience in interior design or a related field.
- Strong aesthetic sense and creativity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of furniture and decor sourcing and procurement.
- Business acumen and understanding of the market.
- Valid GCC Bahrain Or GCC Driving License
