Array is currently seeking an exceptional Software Engineer with hands-on coding experience

Java/Python and React/Angular to join our accomplished team.

As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading, designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our esteemed clients. We are seeking individuals with a strong foundation in software engineering principles, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to define and deliver project requirements.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and enforce coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance our development process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven minimum of 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on React or Angular and Java or Python.
• Strong understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid experience with backend frameworks and languages, including Spring Boot (Java) or Django/Flask (Python).
• Proficient in database design and management (SQL and NoSQL databases).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

Frontend:

• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or NgRx.
• Understanding of frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
• Familiarity with UI component libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap.

Backend:

• Expertise in Java with Spring Boot or Python with Django/Flask.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in ORM frameworks like Hibernate (Java) or SQLAlchemy (Python).

Database:

• Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis.
• Understanding of database design principles and optimization techniques.

DevOps:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

General:

• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
