Key Responsibilities:

Operational:

  • Provide strategic direction to SBUs, ensuring the attainment of revenue targets and budgeted profits.
  • Evaluate overall performance through data analysis, metrics interpretation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee guest service processes, optimizing them to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the development and implementation of service improvement plans.
  • Evaluate and enhance business procedures according to organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with the COO in decision-making for operational activities and strategic goal-setting.
  • Plan, monitor, and ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operations.

Development:

  • Direct prioritization and delivery of key Cluster Division projects, leading project delivery groups.
  • Coordinate project operations and provide direction for stakeholders to optimize internal resources.
  • Implement effective project management approaches to address the challenges of scale, scope, and complexity.

Financial:

  • Participate in strategic and annual business planning processes.
  • Develop and manage individual SBU budgets in collaboration with the Finance Department.
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments of financial performance against budget and operational goals.
  • Manage SBU budgets, including variance analysis and action planning.


Skills

  • Contribute to the development of operational systems, processes, and policies aligned with the organization's mission.
  • Define performance management KPIs to monitor operational success against objectives.
  • Ensure legal compliance and conformity to established regulations within Cluster SBUs.
  • Participate in Company promotional, educational, and social events as required.
