Senior Chef de Partie - Airline Catering

Main Duties:

 Take over from outgoing shift and check airline flight schedule for meal preparation

requirements.

 Consult airline menus, select raw materials, and prepare meals as per specifications.

 Allocate tasks to Assistant Cooks and Kitchen Hands for preparation activities.

 Prepare bulk meals for first class passengers and label trays correctly.

 Coordinate with senior cooks and kitchen staff to accommodate late catering requests

and special meals.

 Ensure efficient use of raw materials to minimize wastage.

 Maintain high standards of hygiene and ensure staff are properly attired.

 Keep the working area clean and report equipment faults.

 Comply with health, safety, and security regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

 Education: Intermediate education (9 years).

 Experience: 3 years in a similar position.
