Main Duties:
Take over from outgoing shift and check airline flight schedule for meal preparation
requirements.
Consult airline menus, select raw materials, and prepare meals as per specifications.
Allocate tasks to Assistant Cooks and Kitchen Hands for preparation activities.
Prepare bulk meals for first class passengers and label trays correctly.
Coordinate with senior cooks and kitchen staff to accommodate late catering requests
and special meals.
Ensure efficient use of raw materials to minimize wastage.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and ensure staff are properly attired.
Keep the working area clean and report equipment faults.
Comply with health, safety, and security regulations.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Intermediate education (9 years).
Experience: 3 years in a similar position.
