As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Amriya Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the success and excellence of our dining establishments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
• Managing and supervising staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Creating a positive and productive work environment for team members
• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
• Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
• Training new employees and providing ongoing training for current staff
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
