As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Amriya Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the success and excellence of our dining establishments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
- Managing and supervising staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Creating a positive and productive work environment for team members
- Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
- Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Training new employees and providing ongoing training for current staff
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
