Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including designing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process and provide guidance on performance management and improvement.
  • Handle employee relations issues, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and address workplace conflicts.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employees' skills and career growth within the organization.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate health and safety programs, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Manage HR metrics and analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems for data management and analysis.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working specifically within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Prior experience managing HR functions such as recruitment, training, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
