Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems for data management and analysis.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Desired Experience:
- Experience working specifically within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Prior experience managing HR functions such as recruitment, training, compensation, and employee relations.
