This established group manages a portfolio of industry-leading companies across core disciplines within the built environment. They are currently looking to hire a Spa Front Desk Specialist to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet all spa guests, especially VIPs, with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
• Manage the spa’s appointment schedule efficiently, using our booking system to schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for all services.
• Provide exceptional service to VIP guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.
• Effectively answer phone calls, inquiries, and emails related to spa services, bookings, and promotions in a courteous and informative manner.
• Showcase our spa products with enthusiasm and knowledge, upselling and recommending products to enhance the guest experience.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain accurate guest records and spa inventory, ensuring a smooth operation.
• Collaborate effectively with spa staff, therapists, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area that reflects the spa’s high standards.
Qualification & Requirements:
• Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Experience working with VIP clientele is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and spa booking software is a plus.
• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions.
