<p>The main objective of the wellness coordinator role is to efficiently establish the wellness function in the region to ensure proper planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive wellness program that will serve as an added value benefit to promote the products and services of the company to its existing and prospective customers through various wellness initiatives.</p>
<h4>What you do</h4>
<p>Responsible for developing, planning, marketing, and executing wellness initiatives and programs consistent with the customer wellness interests and needs. Responsible for gathering and analyzing data to measure the program success on wellness initiatives and compiles statistical summaries of participant attendance and prepares reporting of all wellness campaign activities.</p>
<p>Supports BD team in preparing wellness presentations for tender submission. Supporting and coordinating with business development/relationship managers and clients' requests coming from payers and brokers for wellness campaigns and discount packages for their insured members (end-to-end arrangement).</p>
<p>Responsible for creating and updating the wellness process and procedures. Maintain the monthly wellness calendar along with MARCOM and BD – not limited to Heart Day, Breast Cancer Awareness, Eye Check, Flu Vaccines, etc.</p>
<p>Create and maintain provider wellness database to further expand the employee wellness program. Coordinate closely with MARCOM in developing creative communication materials to be distributed to clients. Work closely with MPM team in negotiating annual health checkup packages, monthly discounted offers, and promos.</p>
<p>Procure the best possible health awareness campaigns through healthcare providers and support UW team to get the best possible discount for wellness benefits. Attend and participate in provider meetings relating to wellness initiatives. Collaborate with the human resources team to arrange wellness initiatives for employees.</p>
<p>Stay current with national wellness initiatives and activities in the market. Comply with the company service level agreements and always maintain a high degree of customer service. Lead special projects and initiatives as and when required and coordinate with logistics and other support functions if necessary.</p>

<p>1- Civil Engineer (B.E./Diploma) Qualification Bachelor s degree in civil engineering. Minimum 5 10 years of relevant construction experience. Minimum 2 3 years of experience in industrial projects (ALBA experience preferred). Technical Competencies Experience in industrial construction projects such as aluminium plants, power plants, refineries, petrochemical plants, or heavy industrial facilities. Thorough knowledge of Building works (Industrial/Commercial/Residential) including but not limited to reinforced concrete, structural steel, foundations, roads, drainage, masonry, finishing, retrofitting & revamping works and infrastructure works. Ability to study and interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and method statements. Experience in site execution, planning, monitoring, and coordination of civil activities.
