<p>JOB PURPOSE To support the continued airworthiness of Gulf Air's fleet by conducting aircraft records reviews, monitoring airworthiness compliance, evaluating maintenance and technical documentation, supporting airworthiness reviews, and ensuring adherence to BCAA regulations, approved maintenance programmes, and company continuing airworthiness management procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Airworthiness Review & Compliance Assist in conducting aircraft airworthiness record reviews in accordance with applicable BCAA Air Navigation Technical Regulations, approved maintenance programmes, and Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) requirements. Support the Airworthiness Duty Manager in the accomplishment of annual airworthiness reviews and preparation of documentation required for Certificate of Airworthiness renewal recommendations. Review aircraft maintenance records to verify compliance with mandatory airworthiness requirements, maintenance programme tasks, life-limited component controls, and continuing airworthiness directives. Participate in aircraft physical inspections and surveys as part of the airworthiness review process when required. Exercise independent technical judgement during airworthiness reviews and provide objective recommendations regarding the continued airworthiness status of aircraft. Continuing Airworthiness Monitoring Review the implementation status of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Mandatory Service Bulletins, and other regulatory requirements to ensure continued compliance. Monitor aircraft maintenance programme effectiveness and report any airworthiness concerns or recommendations for improvement. Verify the accuracy and integrity of technical records related to aircraft, engines, components, and equipment. Support the review and evaluation of maintenance programme amendments and associated technical documentation. Technical Documentation & Record Management Maintain and update airworthiness-related records, reports, and support documentation in accordance with regulatory and company requirements. Prepare technical reports, compliance summaries, and support documentation for internal review and regulatory submissions. Ensure airworthiness files and records are maintained in a complete, accurate, and auditable condition. Support the preparation and closure of airworthiness review findings and corrective action tracking. Regulatory & Quality Compliance Ensure compliance with BCAA regulations, approved company procedures, and applicable manufacturer requirements. Assist during regulatory inspections, audits, and internal quality reviews by providing required technical records and evidence of compliance. Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions arising from audits, investigations, or regulatory findings. Monitor changes to airworthiness regulations and communicate relevant impacts to management. Continuous Improvement & Technical Support Provide technical support and recommendations on airworthiness matters to internal stakeholders within the Technical Division. <p>Beyond is the world's first premium leisure airline. As we continue to expand our regulatory and operational footprint, we are establishing a Bahrain Air Operator Certificate (AOC) under the oversight of the Bahrain Civil Aviation Affairs (BCAA). We are seeking a Nominated Postholder Crew Training to lead the development, certification and oversight of crew training for our Bahrain AOC, ensuring our flight and cabin crew training programmes meet all regulatory and operational requirements, based in Manama, Bahrain.</p>
<p>The Nominated Postholder Crew Training is appointed by, and reports to, the Accountable Manager, and is responsible for:</p>

<li>Ensure safe and secure operations and remain in compliance with the applicable Bahrain Air Navigation Technical Regulations (ANTR) and BCAA requirements for the operational area under your responsibility</li>
<li>Plan and co-ordinate all initial, conversion and recurrent training with the Manager Flight Crew Training, on a rolling strategy of at least six months</li>
<li>Maintain records of all training activities and individual flight-crew records for initial, conversion and recurrent training</li>
<li>Be responsible for the contents of Operations Manual Part D and keep the department current with all revisions</li>
<li>Perform or delegate line checks and ensure course candidates meet prerequisite standards</li>
<li>Ensure instructors maintain competence through spot-checks and standardisation briefings, and perform annual standardisation checks</li>
<li>Decide training plans to ensure adequate crew numbers per fleet in coordination with the Accountable Manager, and implement the department Safety Management System (SMS) under the Safety Manager</li>

<h4>Requirements</h4>
<p>This is a Nominated Postholder position under the applicable Bahrain Air Navigation Technical Regulations (ANTR) and associated BCAA requirements and guidance. Appointment is subject to formal nomination to and acceptance by BCAA.</p>

<h4>Roles and responsibilities</h4>
<p>This position reports directly to the PM, Site Lead, or their designee. The C2 Systems Analyst serves as the subject matter expert (SME) to enable C4I systems throughout the DoD to share information to build a common operational picture (COP) and common tactical picture (CTP) to enable leaders to make accurate and informed decisions based on situational awareness.</p>
<p>The Joint Tactical Common Operational Picture Workstation (JTCW) is a Windows-based tactical COP suite designed for battalion level and above to facilitate command and control functions by enhancing situational awareness and operational/tactical decision making. These support efforts are provided to military units while deployed, in garrison, in preparation for, and while participating in major exercises and contingency operations.</p>
<p>The C2 Systems Analyst will primarily provide support to US Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa (MARFOREUR/AF) and also assist deployed or allocated Fleet Marine Force (FMF) units and other DoD agencies to configure, integrate, resolve issues, and establish their command-and-control architecture to meet exercise and contingency operations in European and African OCONUS regions.</p>
<p>This position is responsible for integrating a wide variety of C2 systems including, but not limited to Agile Client, Command-and-Control Personal Computer (C2PC), Tactical Assault Kit (TAK), Joint Tactical COP Workstation (JTCW), Tactical Service Orientated Architecture (TSOA), Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) and Data Dissemination Service (DDS).</p>

Manager Aircraft Structure and Interiors is accountable to Senior Manager
