Job description
Deniz construction is looking for civil constriction site forman/supervisor/engineer
Skills
Requirements:
- Valid driving license.
- Able to read the construction drawing and work on Auto cad and shop drawing
- Work and coordinate with staff, MEP contractor and other
sub contractor
Coordinate tasks and ensure adherence to safe work
method statements and risk assessments
Liaise with clients, sub-contractors and internal team to
achieve productive outcomes for the project
Monitor and provide reports on works completed
Conduct regular site inspections
Interpret project plans and specifications
Supervise works completed to ensure quality and
productivity
Minimum experience 5 years in civil construction in bahrain

المهارات
المتطلبات:
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الإنشائية والعمل على برنامج أوتوكاد وإعداد المخططات التنفيذية (shop drawing)
- العمل والتنسيق مع فريق العمل، ومقاول الأعمال الكهروميكانيكية (MEP) والمقاولين الآخرين
من الباطن
تنسيق المهام وضمان الالتزام ببيانات طرق العمل الآمنة
وتقييمات المخاطر
التواصل مع العملاء، والمقاولين من الباطن، والفريق الداخلي
لتحقيق نتائج إنتاجية للمشروع
متابعة وتقديم تقارير عن الأعمال المنجزة
إجراء جولات تفتيشية منتظمة للموقع
تفسير مخططات المشروع ومواصفاته
الإشراف على الأعمال المنجزة لضمان الجودة و
الإنتاجية
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الإنشاءات المدنية في البحرين
