Job description
We are looking for a motivated and organized E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will support daily e-commerce operations, product management, order processing, customer service, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, operations, or a similar position.
- Good understanding of online retail and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the Bahrain or GCC market is an advantage.
- Candidates must have valid authorization to work in Bahrain.
