- Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document reported issues for technicians.
- Translate technical jargon into clear, understandable explanations for customers regarding recommended services and repairs.
- Provide accurate and transparent repair estimates, detailing parts, labor, and associated costs.
- Schedule service appointments efficiently, managing technician workloads and vehicle flow to meet customer timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Automotive Technology or Business preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an automotive service environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- ASE Certifications (Service Consultant, Intermediate), or willingness to obtain them.
- Proficiency with automotive dealership management systems (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK).
