- Oversee the entire inventory lifecycle, from procurement to dispatch, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing holding costs.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to secure reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain, leveraging data analytics to identify bottlenecks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage and optimize warehousing operations, including space utilization, material handling, and accurate stocktaking processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain and stock management, with a proven track record of success.
- Professional certification such as APICS (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory control techniques, demand forecasting, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
