Position Title: Country Manager - Bahrain Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 2,500 BHD depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Bahrain About the Client: A leading fashion group in Bahrain, known for its growing international portfolio of women’s apparel. Job Description: - Take full ownership of Bahrain's P&L, sales, profitability, budgets, and overall commercial performance, to achieve country targets. - Lead the country's multi-brand, multi-store retail operations, ensuring stores consistently achieve sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, shrinkage and profitability. - Lead, coach and manage the retail leadership team, including Area/Operations Managers, Store Staff ensuring clear KPIs and accountability. - Monitor store and brand performance, identifying underperforming locations/categories and improvement plans.

Qualifications: - Open to Arabic Speakers, Male, 48 years old and below - Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA preferred, with a minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience within GCC women’s fashion retail brands. - Strong knowledge of the GCC retail market and customer behavior, with a proven track record of driving profitability, business growth, and team performance. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage teams and deliver commercial objectives.
