Complete delivery on time for each order, stating details such as the customer, product required, quantity, and address. Obtain approvals from the Assistant Operations Manager and the team leader and pass them to the Customer Services section for processing. Deliver prepared orders to the destination by following and cross-checking the information provided in HHT (Handheld Terminal) and mobile. Deposit all collected cash with the Cashier cum Administrator each day, ensuring that the cash collected reconciles with the authorised delivery details. Report information such as sales volumes, location of deliveries, customers seen, stock status, and cash collected. Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure the ability to carry out any required daily duties, from dusting and packing bags to understanding the electronic point-of-sale system. Maintain knowledge of the products stocked to be able to answer customer queries. Maintain an understanding of service standards to ensure good customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma.
• 2 - 4 years of working experience in a distribution or warehouse operations role.
• Having experience in a warehousing company would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the road system and geography of Bahrain
• Good spoken, reading, and written English.
• Heavy driving license.
• Basic administrative skills.
• Multi-tasking with the ability to prioritise tasks.
