Prepare the KFAS facility on a daily basis. React to changes in scheduling, weather or number of children with prepared backup plan. Converse with guests and answer questions regarding the hotel and SPA. Provide orientation of KFAS facility, and when available, of the Recreation Building. Adhere to all corporate core standards in execution of programming. Ensure proper standards of hygiene and functioning of equipment and toys. Assist in handling guest requests, complaints, and any special problems keeping the Management well-informed of action and follow-up Provide personalized service for all VIP s and KFAS guests on a daily basis. Participate fully in all departmental training as outlined by Management. Fill in any gaps in skills and knowledge. Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation. Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the hotel management and staff. Build rapport with and take a genuine interest in all children and parents utilizing the club's child activity services. Supervise on-floor operations and staff during shift. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Process orders or transactions from customers and collect payment as necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience working with children in a hotel, childcare, education, recreation, or related environment preferred. Passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Energetic, patient, caring, and responsible personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Strong attention to safety and child welfare.
