Our Client a leading Architectural firm is looking for an talented and experienced Architect/Site Engineer
Job Role:
- This job profile represents an integrated project lead.
- The Architect/Site Engineer oversees multidisciplinary construction from structural shells and interiors to outdoor spacesensuring design concepts translate into high-quality, fully executed physical realities on site.
- Managing Site Teams, Monitoring Procurement and work flow as per approved program and meeting the allocated budget.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Project & Site Management:
- Supervise daily on-site operations, as lead consultant to coordinate and ensure all architectural, interior design (ID), and landscape works are built to approved drawings, specifications, and local standards.
- To improve over the approved design on site solutions
- Serve as the primary liaison between project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Identify and resolve on-site discrepancies or structural/design prior to become a conflict on site and ability to provide solutions on-site immediately.
- Ensure all the documents are properly managed, controlling the response timelines and submissions by contractors
- Monitor procurement timings for long lead items and support with local suppliers
- Control over the budget of the project and variations
Architectural, Fit-Out & Oversight:
- Manage interior fit-outs (ID), verifying that joinery, false ceilings, flooring, and MEP fixtures align with the interior design intent.
- Conduct continuous Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) inspections to ensure flawless finishes.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and construction methodologies.
- Coordinate the execution of hardscape and softscape elements, including pathways, water features, retaining walls, and planting schemes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in building construction, interior fitouts, and landscape coordination.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit), and familiarity with project tracking systems (Primavera, Microsoft Project)
- Strong grasp of safety standards and local and international building codes
