Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the cost management process for interior fit-out projects, from initial budgeting to final account settlement.
  • Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and tender documentation, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness for fit-out works.
  • Procure and manage sub-contractors, conducting fair and transparent tender evaluations and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor project costs diligently throughout the fit-out lifecycle, identifying and mitigating potential financial risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification such as MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent is highly advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Quantity Surveying, with a significant focus on interior fit-out projects.
  • Proven track record of managing costs on diverse fit-out projects, including commercial, retail, or hospitality.
