We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section according to the highest standards. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section at all times. Assist in menu planning and development under the guidance of senior chefs. Monitor stock levels and minimize waste. Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Train and mentor junior team members when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel. Culinary diploma or equivalent certification. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
