Roles & Responsibilities
Translate client requirements and project scope into detailed 3D models and technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and constructability for COMMERICAL KITCHEN.
Develop comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates by meticulously analyzing design specifications and material requirements.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to refine designs, identify potential cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate risks.
Source and evaluate material and labor costs from suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating favorable terms to optimize project budgets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive experience in design and cost estimation within the COMMERICAL KITCHEN industry.
Proven track record of successful project delivery, demonstrating proficiency in both design and estimation phases.
