Roles & Responsibilities

Develop creative and visually compelling designs for digital and print media. Create engaging content for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand communications. Design promotional materials, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, banners, and event collateral. Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other visual assets to ensure high-quality output. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Produce creative content that increases audience engagement and supports business objectives. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to support marketing and branding initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or similar role. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design expertise, and branding capabilities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Experience in content creation for social media and digital marketing platforms. Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling. Ability to transform concepts and ideas into impactful visual content. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within luxury hospitality brands
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end creative work across digital and print
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and multi-brand environments
  • Understanding of digital design requirements (social, web, performance marketing assets)
  • Experience in pre-opening or destination marketing is a strong advantage
